Privacy Policy

This policy describes how ZTechnium (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the RaiCentral marketing website and the “Book a demo” form. It does not cover data processed inside a RaiCentral / RAI Control Plane deployment you operate yourself.

What we collect

When you submit the demo form we receive the name, work email, company, role, and use-case description you provide. We may also receive standard technical logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare) such as IP address, user agent, and request metadata.

How we use it

We use demo-form data to respond to your request, evaluate pilot fit, and follow up about RaiCentral. We do not sell this information. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox.

Retention

We keep demo leads only as long as needed for the sales/pilot conversation or as required by law, then delete or anonymize them.

Hosting and edge delivery: Cloudflare. Form delivery: Formspree. Public code hosting for linked projects: GitHub.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you from this site. Contact us using the email address we reply from after a demo request, or via ZTechnium’s public contact channels.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or processors change. The date above reflects the latest revision.
