These terms govern your use of the RaiCentral marketing website operated by ZTechnium. Software products (Community Edition, SDKs) are licensed separately under their repository licenses (typically Apache-2.0) and any pilot agreement you sign with us.

Alpha product

RaiCentral is in alpha. Information on this site is for evaluation and design-partner conversations. We do not promise uptime, certifications, or production SLAs for the marketing site or for alpha software unless a separate written agreement says so.

Demo requests

Submitting the demo form is a request for contact, not a purchase. Provide accurate work contact details. Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, or regulated data in the use-case field.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site or form (spam, scraping that degrades service, attempts to break security). We may block abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and marketing copy are owned by ZTechnium. Third-party marks belong to their owners. Linked open-source projects remain under their respective licenses.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZTechnium is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this marketing site.
